FASS has released a new version of their water separator replacement filter elements for their Titanium and Titanium Signature Fuel Air Separation Lift Pump systems. This new filter is more efficient and is rated at 2 microns absolute. Must be used in conjunction with the new style PF-3001 fuel filter.

Extreme Water Separator Filter

The new XWS-3002 Extreme Water Separator Filter for FASS Titanium and Titanium Signature Series Fuel Air Separator Systems MUST be used in conjunction with the new PF-3001 fuel particulate filter - these new filters cannot be used in combination with the now-disontinued FF-3003/FF-3010 or FS-1001/FS-1020 filter media.

When replacing the old-style filters with the new XWS-3002 water separator filter and PF-3001 fuel particulate filter, the water separator will now be placed on the pressure side of the pump and the PF-3001 will be placed on the suction side.

PLEASE SEE THE LOCATION DIAGRAM ON THE NEW FILTERS FOR PROPER FILTER PLACEMENT!

NOTE: Unlike the previous separator filter, this new style filter does not have a drain spigot as the filter element itself now traps the water.
