Overview

The early style 24v engine utilized a mechanical injector. Valley Fuel Injection / BD Diesel Performance rebuilds them using all high quality components. Different rated injectors that have progressive sizes of extrude honed nozzles are available (50-200HP).

The standard of LPM (Liters Per Minute) refers to the amount of air that can pass through the nozzle after it has been extrude honed. We do show target HP numbers that can be achieved with the right turbo charger.
