This 6.6 LLY Long Block is remanufactured to factory specifications, utilizing state-of-the-art Rottler machinery for precision machining. The block is bored to fit oversized pistons, while each engine is equipped with new OEM or equivalent pistons, rings, and gaskets, ensuring top-level consistency and longevity. Enhanced sealing methods address common leak-prone areas, reinforcing overall reliability.
Each remanufactured cylinder head is meticulously reconditioned, featuring new seats, guides, valves, and stem seals, with resurfacing and magnaflux testing to ensure structural soundness. OptiTorque head studs further bolster strength where it matters most.
