First thing, I'm not questionning the importance of clean oil and i do think it does the job...But amsoil do, not sinister diesel...
The sinister kit is poorly designed.
The routing of the intlet hose is quite bad, the instruction are not clear and the hose will worn by friction on other parts. (you need to attach it with ty-wrap on the radiator hose and the front engine lifting lug)
The filter head bracket needs to be grinded to clear the offset of the intake elbow spacer on the intake manifold.
The radiator upper hose bracket need to be cut to fit in one bolt mounting hole only (they did'nt even fix it back in the instructions...they should at least supply a new one or include it in the bracket desing)
The intlet hose need to be fix on the opposite side of what they tell you in the instruction to route it properly
And the best part... the oil filler cap seal on top of the crankcase ventilation housing instead of the oil filler tube, it's leaking. I had to cut the gasket to keep only 1/4'' of rubber all around the cap, and still, it seal at the top instead of a o-ring inside the oil fill tube like the OEM cap or the BK1303 from amsoil...
So you pay nearly 500$ bucks for cute stainless hoses, a bracket that needs to be modified, a bad oil cap (wich is nice, useless but quite nice...), some 1/8'' NPT to JIC 4 fittings, an amsoil Eaa 90filter and a nice blue filter head wich is nicely done and at least have no flaws...
Not impreseed at all...
Too bad I can't upload pictures...
