Replace the failed fuel injectors in your 2003-2004 6.0L Powerstroke Diesel with XDP's remanufactured Fuel Injectors. Each injector is made to meet or exceed the manufacture specifications to ensure a quality product. A $125 core charge will be applied to each injector.

Overview

Each XDP Reman Fuel Injector is precision made to ensure it exceeds the engine manufacturers' most current design specifications. Each injector features improved end cap assemblies to help fix cold start problems and the nozzle flow testing process gives the injectors like-new performance. Each injector comes with all new connectors, o-rings, internal hardware & springs, with the intensifier body and plunger matched to eliminate fuel dilution. A precision matched control valve and spool help to minimize oil leakage and maximize power output.
