Overview

The 12 valve Cummins uses a fuel shutoff solenoid for start-up and shut-down, overtime these solenoids can become damaged or stuck from excessive heat, starter issues or a rotted boot causing a stuck shaft from exposure to the elements. In some of these cases it is possible for the truck to either not start or not shut off. Eliminate the hassle and risk of being left stranded due to a shutoff solenoid by purchasing the XDP replacement!
