Titan 5410040 Travel Trekker 40 Gallon In-Bed Auxiliary Fuel System that works great with most any full and mid-sized diesel trucks. This includes half-ton pickups with utility beds, Ram trucks with a RamBox, and those with a stock 5th wheel like the Ram short bed. It will also suit many mid-sized trucks, such as the Colorado/Canyon, as well as many other trucks with limited bed space. The tank is baffled to prevent fuel sloshing and fits beneath most tonneau covers.

The Titan Travel Trekker 40 is built of military-grade cross-linked polymer, which is more durable than aluminum and steel. These tanks are regularly tested using cutting-edge computer simulations as well as real-world drop tests. Titan entirely fills the tanks before dropping them 30 feet onto a steel plate, never spilling a drop of liquid. Titan products are so durable and well-proven that they come with a Lifetime Warranty! There are no welds to fail, and if you run your gooseneck hitch into your Travel Trekker by accident, it will spring back into shape. To keep your tank looking new, all you need is a little soap and water and maybe a little spray furniture polish every now and then.

The Titan Electronic Controller pumps diesel from the Travel Trekker 40 to the vehicle's primary fuel tank with a single button press until the controller stops it or the button is pressed again. At all times, the controller checks and reports the fuel level in the auxiliary system. Installation of the controller is straightforward, and never necessitates cutting into the vehicle's electrical harness, which may void the manufacturer's warranty. Unlike gravity flow systems, fuel is pumped from the top of the tank, making it safer and more environmentally friendly. All necessary installation components and detailed instructions are included with the Travel Trekker 40.
