The Titan 8020099A 40 Gallon Aft-Axle Replacement Cab & Chassis Fuel Tank for your 1999-2010 Ford F-350/450/550 7.3L/6.0L/6.4L Powerstroke Cab & Chassis with PS-191 sending unit. This tank is the same as the 8020099 fuel tank offered by Titan but it is constructed to accept the PS-191 sending units utilized in some Ford trucks and E-Series Vans. This American made fuel tank is manufactured using ultra-durable High-Density Cross-linked Polyethylene (XLHDPE) and includes a lifetime warranty for peace of mind.

Notes: 

• Sending Unit is NOT included with tank.
• Mounting straps or hardware may require modification, or even fabrication, to complete installation.
• Same tank as 8020099 only adapted to accept the PS-191 sending units utilized in some FORD vehicles.
• This may require the sending unit’s suction draw tube to be shortened by about 1/2”, a simple modification. 
• All 1999 vehicles originally came with a 37-gallon tank and will require this 8020099A model tank, also straps and a skid plate from FORD. Model year 2000 vehicles may be either.
