In Ford® 6.0L diesel powered vehicles, the fuel injection control module (FICM) drives the fuel injector solenoids based on fuel and timing commands from the powertrain control module (PCM). The FICM generates the 48V required to drive the injector solenoids using an internal power supply.

Flight Diesel is now offering a brand new power supply assembly to restore proper injector actuation. Our 100% new power supply board is manufactured at our headquarters in Pennsylvania and used in our own
remanufactured FICM products.

Manufactured on our own surface mount manufacturing lines for maximum control over quality and delivery
All units are functionally load tested using automated equipment applying actual vehicle loads
All units undergo tri-temperature testing
