Overview

The Driven Diesel fuel bowl delete regulated return kit removes the factory fuel rails and provides the ability to adjust the fuel pressure. This is accomplished by connecting the end of each fuel rail together through a bypass fuel pressure regulator. The kit also removes the restrictive factory fuel filter bowl improving fuel flow to the heads and providing room in the engine valley. Enhancing fuel flow through the heads is another big advantage of this kit, guaranteeing that each fuel injector always has good fuel and fuel pressure. Any air in the system can travel via the heads and out of the regulators return port to the tank rather than through the injectors leading to longer injector life and reduced injector noise.

NOTE

• Does not fit E-series vans
• Not compatible with the stock fuel pump
• If your truck has the stock oil filter bowl you will need to cut it off or replace it with one that doesn't have a fuel filter bowl attached to it
• If your truck is no longer using the stock oil filter bowl, use of this kit will allow complete removal of entire oil/fuel bowl assembly
• If you are using a high pressure FASS or Airdog system you will need the DD-FA-InstallKit-V4
