Expertly remanufactured using high quality parts, the DFC Diesel Remanufactured Street Series Long Block Crate Engine replaces the worn engine in your 2011-2016 6.7L Powerstroke. The Street Series Long Block is crafted to meet the strictest engine building guidelines. DFC makes important improvements that help your engine maintain its performance capability without affecting reliability. Remanufactured using advanced Rottler machining equipment, you can be sure your engine is built to tolerances that are tighter and more precise than the factory specs for an efficient and long-lasting engine!

Engine Remanufacturing

DFC engines usually come with matched or near identical weight piston and connecting rod assemblies. As a result, you get a smoother running engine that creates less noise and feels more balanced. This remanufactured Long Block includes new pistons, rings, bearings, and seals.

Cylinder Head

DFC replaces each valve guide with a new cast guide in every cylinder head. Instead of just giving used valves a re-grind, DFC installs all new valves from high quality sources like MAHLE or SBI. To address common cracking areas in the cylinder head, DFC also machines each head to remove the factory hardened seat material. DFC then installs new SBI valve seats to help eliminate premature cracking, giving you a more durable cylinder head.

Street Series 6.7L Long Block Includes

Complete long block with cylinder heads, ARP or OptiTorque head studs (depending on availability), oil cooler and housing, all rockers and pushrods installed, valve covers, complete top end gasket kit to finish installation.
