aFe Momentum HD Cold Air Intake System with Pro 10R Filter Media has a 360-degree radial flow air filter with 10-layers of progressive cotton media that will improve the air system in your 2003-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins 24V 2500/3500 truck. Bring in the next generation of intakes using the most advanced engineering methods and techniques to give you the ideal balance of strength and protection. The entire kit is sealed with a built-in clear sight window to a massive 1,000cfm air filter and quality hardware. Instead of employing multiple-piece housings, the smooth one-piece sealed housing with an auxiliary air scoop ensures the coolest air intake charge possible. A urethane plug is also included to cover the auxiliary air scoop during extremely cold weather conditions. The Momentum HD is built on a powerful 1,000cfm performance 360-degree radial flow air filter that has 10-layers of progressive cotton media and provides cumulative efficiency of 99.59% which is independently tested. The innovative air filter to housing interface (patent pending) permits the largest filter size, increasing the volume of air that is available while making installation easier. The air filter is covered with reinforced metal for optimal strength and to avoid filter collapse. For strength and longevity as well as to provide the most secure installation possible, premium stainless steel T-bolt clamps and a 2-ply reinforced silicone hump coupling are employed at the turbo.
