Overview

aFe BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler w/ Tubes is designed with TIG-welded aluminium end tanks with MDV technology and a 2-5/8" bar and plate design for your 2017-2019 GMC/Chevy 6.6L Duramax L5P 2500/3500 truck. This kit features end tanks made of aluminium plate that has been 3/16" TIG welded aluminum plate that incorporates multi-directional vanes that effectively direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The included intercooler tubes are made of 3" hot side and 3-1/2" cold side mandrel bent aluminium tubing for maximum flow. These intercooler tubes are powder-coated wrinkle-black for heat and corrosion resistance. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, increasing horsepower, torque and lowering EGT's. The BladeRunner intercooler kit provides four 1/8" NPT ports on the back side for sensors or water methanol injection. Also, it comes with two 1/8" NPT ports on the bottom for draining condensation or oil build up and each tube contains one 1/8" NPT port. Completed with 5-ply polyester heavy duty silicone couplings and premium stainless steel spring loaded T-bolt clamps for a tight, leak-free seal and secure installation. The cold side tube has an OEM style quick connection with an O-ring seal for a faster and easy fit and retains the factory air temp sensor for a hassle-free installation. Each intercooler uses billet aluminium inlets and outlets for superior strength and durability. It comes with inlet and outlet connections compatible with stock intercooler tubes.
