Overview

aFe Power BladeRunner GT Series Intercooler is designed with TIG-welded aluminium end tanks with MDV technology and a 3" precision billet-machined inlet and outlet fittings for your 2003–2007 Dodge Ram 5.9L Cummins 24V 2500/3500 truck. This kit features end tanks made of aluminium plate that has been 3/16" TIG welded and includes three multi-directional vanes that effectively direct air flow through the entire core for maximum cooling. The BladeRunner intercooler kit includes 4 pre-tapped 1/8" NPT ports for hassle-free gauge installation as well as other auxiliary input options. It is tested at 200 PSI and built with stainless steel spring loaded T-bolt clamps for quality strength and durability.
