Overview

aFe BladeRunner 3" Aluminum Hot Intercooler Pipe Black is the great upgrade to increase flow and engine performance for your 2011-2016 GMC/Chevy 6.6L Duramax LML 2500/3500 truck. The included intercooler tube is constructed of 3" mandrel bent aluminum tubing for maximum flow and powder-coated for fine appearance. The wrinkle-black powder-coating material is designed for heat and corrosion resistance. Smooth transition bends allow for low turbulence, prevent pressure loss, increasing horsepower and torque. The BladeRunner intercooler kit provides one 1/8" NPT ports for connecting a pressure sensor or water methanol injection. By installing the Hot-Side to transfer heated air smoothly to the intercooler to accelerate heat transfer, it results in enhanced power and fuel efficiency. It features constant tension, spring loading, superior stainless-steel T-bolt clamps for a leak-free seal and heavy-duty 5-ply polyester reinforced silicone couplings for strength, stability and secure installation.
